Returns & Exchanges
At the Bambino Barn, we are very keen about our after sales service. Therefore we make possible ways for you to achieve that, especially when you receive faulty products or your delivered order was wrong.
How do I make a return?
Please contact us via a phone call or email; we will make arrangements for a pick up with no fees charged. Please contact us within 4 days.
Things to Note
*Orders from outside Lagos are final. If it were due to an error from us, kindly contact us and compromises will be made.
*If for personal opinions returns are made, the shipping charge remains the same.
*Exchanges and returns can only be made within one week after goods are received.
*We would only accept returns/exchanges if items are unused, unwashed and still with the tags or boxes, exactly like how it was delivered to you. The original receipt has to be included.
*If inspections are made on a returned item and there are no actual faults, no cash would be returned only an exchange can be made.
*We do not accept returns on intimates, swimwear and accessories.
*For footwear’s, we advise you try them on clean surfaces. If visible scuffs and marks are seen no exchange would be accepted.
*Return of funds are made by bank deposits only.
* Processing period for refunds takes 3 working days.
*Items on sale or special offers cannot be returned.
